Description:
The Bulwark II is the bruiser of the Arizonan Fleet. Designed to take a beating that would reduce similarly sized ships to slag in minutes, the Bulwark sports a new innovation of Arizonan technology: the Heavy MAC-X "Devastator" cannon. Firing enormous shells containing numerous neutron bombs, the twin cannons are very effective anti-capital ship weapons. The laser cannons are designed with long range, high damage but a low repeat rate in mind, and are essentially ineffective versus anything smaller and faster than a corvette, making back-up of the Bulwark with numerous frigates a must. The Bulwark is also a bit slower than similarly sized ships. It carries a generous compliment of troops as well, plus a small cadre of Hughie corvettes.

The Bulwark II has been fully phased out of the Arizonan navy, and the remaining vessels which have not undergone conversions to NOMAC platforms are for sale; also United Federal Shipbuilders will continue to sell the design to other nations.
